1. How long does it take to process and ship my order?

We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination.

2. What shipping options do you offer?

We offer standard domestic shipping on all orders within the United States. Expedited shipping options are also available for an additional fee.

3. Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes, we have a 14-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. Please note that certain items, such as custom products and final sale items, cannot be returned. For more information, please refer to our refund policy.

4. How do I start a return?

To start a return, please contact us at jl3d@proton.me. We'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. What do I do if my order arrives damaged or defective?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

6. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we've received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
